Finding new markups in Bluebeam Studio

by

Let’s say you’re using Bluebeam Studio to collaborate on PDFs with project partners at different times. You log in on Tuesday, redline the PDFs and leave. On Friday you log back in to see what comments your fellow collaborators have made since Tuesday.

What’s the easiest way to find these new markups? The Markups list!

Open up the Markups list and sort by date. For each PDF, click the entries that have been added since you were last in the session. Revu will automatically jump to the location of that markup on the PDF so you can review the newly created comment.

If you can’t remember when you were last in a session, but want to find new markups, go to the filter option in the Record. Deselect everything but attendee information. Start at the bottom, and then work your way up to see when you last left the session. Hover over the entry and the date and time you left will display.

Do you have any questions about using Bluebeam Studio? Comment below to let me know. And remember, to keep on PDFin’!
