This is crazy. Over the past two days, an incredibly strong form of the flu is spreading through Bluebeam like a wildfire. And it’s hit our Tech Support and Account Services teams especially hard. In fact, today alone 80% of those Bluebeamers are home sick fighting this terrible bug.
I know many of you are used to calling Bluebeam and having a live person answer, or at least leaving a voicemail and getting a call back right away. But with only 20% of our Tech Support and Account Services teams in the office, there are going to be delays today. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
