Favorite Feature Friday – How do I Make Bluebeam Revu my Default PDF Viewer?

by

Did you know you can change your settings to make Bluebeam Revu the default program for opening your PDF files? You didn’t? Well then read on, my friend! Here’s a handy tip on how to quickly set that up using the Bluebeam Administrator.

  • To open the Bluebeam Administrator, go to Start, then point to All Programs.
  • Select the Bluebeam Software folder, and then click Bluebeam Administrator.
  • When it opens, click the Revu tab.
  • Check the Use as Default PDF Viewer box, then click Apply and OK

The icons for PDF files will change and PDF files will now open in Revu when you double-click them. How cool is that, huh? And, now that you don’t have to worry about that anymore, you can focus your attention on more important things, like watching this very important video on how you can save a fluffy kitten.

Until next time,
Jenn
