Still have Revu/Vu iPad 2.7?
Many of our users rely on automatic updates to keep their applications up to date. However, with the 2.7 Revu/Vu iPad release, the automatic update path was broken. This means you may still have an old version on your iPad. Although the issue has since been fixed for all future versions, users will still need to manually upgrade to the latest version.

You can check to see which version of Revu/Vu iPad you have by tapping the blue gear in the top right to open Preferences. Your most current version will be listed at the bottom, under About.

To manually upgrade:

  1. Open the App Store.
    App store
  2. At the bottom of the App Store, select Purchased.

    Purchased
  3. Find Revu/Vu in your list of apps and tap the Update button or the cloud icon.Update cloudORUpdate

If Revu doesn’t show up under the Purchased section, search for Revu in the App Store and select the same icon as shown above.

For any further questions, please contact us at support@bluebeam.com.
