Bekannt wurde BIM allerdings erst zum Anfang der 2000er. Der Begriff Building Information Modeling wurde dabei ma\u00dfgeblich durch die Firma <strong>Autodesk<\/strong> gepr\u00e4gt, um einen \u201edreidimensionalen, objektorientierten, AEC-spezifischen computerunterst\u00fctzten Design-Prozess\u201c zu beschreiben. Dabei wird zwischen einem parametrischen Geb\u00e4udemodell und einem intelligenten Geb\u00e4udemodell unterschieden. Im <strong>parametrischen Geb\u00e4udemodell<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen s\u00e4mtliche Komponenten zueinander in Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten gebracht werden, w\u00e4hrend beim <strong>intelligenten Geb\u00e4udemodell<\/strong> die Intelligenz auf einzelne Elemente beschr\u00e4nkt ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ist BIM in Deutschland Pflicht?\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Verabschiedung des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmvi.de\/SharedDocs\/DE\/Anlage\/DG\/Digitales\/bim-stufenplan-endbericht.pdf?__blob=publicationFile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stufenplans zur Einf\u00fchrung von BIM<\/a> durch das Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur (kurz: BMVI) im Jahr 2015 diente zur Beschleunigung der BIM-Einf\u00fchrung in Deutschland.
