{"id":78827,"date":"2020-04-01T16:12:17","date_gmt":"2020-04-01T14:12:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.bluebeam.com\/se\/?p=78827"},"modified":"2022-01-10T11:26:08","modified_gmt":"2022-01-10T10:26:08","slug":"bluebeam-work-from-home-tips","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.bluebeam.com\/se\/bluebeam-work-from-home-tips\/","title":{"rendered":"Bluebeam-bloggens 11 tips f\u00f6r dig som jobbar hemifr\u00e5n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Innan jag b\u00f6rjade som Senior Content Strategist p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluebeam.com\/se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bluebeam<\/a>-bloggen jobbade jag hemifr\u00e5n i n\u00e4stan tv\u00e5 \u00e5r. \u00c4ven om jag hade en mestadels positiv upplevelse av det finns det ocks\u00e5 m\u00e5nga sk\u00e4l till att jag numera trivs med att \u00e5ka till kontoret och jobba ihop med mina kollegor p\u00e5 Bluebeam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men nu n\u00e4r covid-19-pandemin tvingar m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag inom arkitekt-, ingenj\u00f6rs- och byggbranschen att be sina anst\u00e4llda att jobba hemifr\u00e5n anv\u00e4nder jag samma tekniker som i mitt tidigare jobb f\u00f6r att bevara b\u00e5de produktiviteten och f\u00f6rst\u00e5ndet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra tips som bygger p\u00e5 min erfarenhet och som jag g\u00e4rna vill dela med mig av.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att kl\u00e4 dig \u201dnormalt\u201d<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r man jobbar hemifr\u00e5n kan det vara v\u00e4ldigt frestande att bara ramla ur s\u00e4ngen och s\u00e4tta ig\u00e5ng att jobba i pyjamas. \u00c4nnu mer frestande kan det vara att beh\u00e5lla pyjamasen p\u00e5 hela arbetsdagen och gl\u00f6mma bort att duscha, borsta t\u00e4nderna och alla andra vanliga sysslor som man brukar utf\u00f6ra innan man ger sig av till jobbet p\u00e5 ett kontor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men tro mig \u2013 n\u00e4r man jobbar hemma \u00e4r det b\u00e4st att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka h\u00e5lla s\u00e5 normala morgonrutiner som m\u00f6jligt, och i det ing\u00e5r att kl\u00e4 sig som vanligt. Det beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6rst\u00e5s inte vara precis det som du brukar ha p\u00e5 dig p\u00e5 kontoret, men det b\u00f6r vara kl\u00e4der som du inte skulle ha n\u00e5got emot att visa dig i under en videokonferens med kollegorna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ha fasta rutiner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att h\u00e5lla normala arbetstider. Det kan h\u00e4nda att du jobbar n\u00e5gra extra timmar h\u00e4r eller d\u00e4r, men f\u00f6rs\u00f6k s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt att jobba n\u00e4r dina kollegor jobbar, och \u201dst\u00e4mpla ut\u201d samtidigt som alla andra. Enkelt uttryckt: l\u00e5t inte arbete och fritid sm\u00e4lta samman allt f\u00f6r mycket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5nga av dina kollegor kommer att arbeta samtidigt som du. Det g\u00f6r det mindre lockande att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka jobba p\u00e5 konstiga tider, men jag har m\u00e4rkt att det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att vara fokuserad n\u00e4r jag vet exakt n\u00e4r jag \u201d\u00e4r p\u00e5 jobbet\u201d och inte. Det \u00e4r dessutom viktigt att skilja p\u00e5 arbete och fritid f\u00f6r att m\u00e5 bra psykiskt n\u00e4r man jobbar hemifr\u00e5n varje dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Motionera<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag inte kan betona tillr\u00e4ckligt. Det \u00e4r f\u00f6rv\u00e5nande hur mycket man faktiskt r\u00f6r sig varje dag bara genom att g\u00e5 omkring p\u00e5 kontoret, ta sig till jobbet m.m. N\u00e4r man pl\u00f6tsligt inte l\u00e4ngre g\u00f6r det m\u00e5ste man kompensera f\u00f6r det. Se till att pausa regelbundet f\u00f6r att promenera eller tr\u00e4na. \u00c4ven om m\u00e5nga gym har st\u00e4ngt finns det en m\u00e4ngd andra s\u00e4tt att motionera tryggt och s\u00e4kert, kanske hemma med hj\u00e4lp av tr\u00e4ningsvideor p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet. Mitt trick \u00e4r att anv\u00e4nda lunchrasten som tr\u00e4ningspaus. Det ger ett bra avbrott i arbetsdagen och ger lite extra energi till eftermiddagstimmarna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schemal\u00e4gg \u201dpendlingstid\u201d \u00e4ven om du inte pendlar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Man beh\u00f6ver v\u00e4rma upp mentalt inf\u00f6r arbetet och varva ner efter\u00e5t. Vanligtvis g\u00f6r m\u00e5nga det p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen till jobbet, till exempel genom att lyssna p\u00e5 musik eller poddar eller l\u00e4sa b\u00f6cker \u2013 s\u00e5dant man normalt g\u00f6r n\u00e4r man pendlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se till att l\u00e4gga in viss tid i din arbetsdag d\u00e4r hemma till att \u00e4nd\u00e5 g\u00f6ra s\u00e5dana saker. I mitt fall kokar jag kaffe och lyssnar p\u00e5 en ljudbok under en timme innan jag g\u00f6r mig i ordning, \u00e4ter frukost och s\u00e4tter ig\u00e5ng att jobba. P\u00e5 eftermiddagen varvar jag ner genom att lyssna p\u00e5 mina favoritpoddar. S\u00e5dana aktiviteter h\u00e5ller hj\u00e4rnan i form och du forts\u00e4tter att l\u00e4ra dig saker. De hj\u00e4lper dig dessutom att h\u00e5lla fast vid gr\u00e4nsen mellan arbete och fritid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d6verkommunicera med dina kollegor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rlita dig inte p\u00e5 Slack eller andra samarbets- och kommunikationsverktyg n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller komplicerade fr\u00e5gor eller samtal med kollegor. Ta det om m\u00f6jligt i en videokonferens eller ett telefonsamtal. Det \u00e4r viktigt att se andras ansikten \u2013 icke-verbala signaler \u00e4r en stor del av kommunikationen. Om n\u00e5gonting verkar vara p\u00e5 v\u00e4g att eskalera i direktmeddelanden eller SMS, lyft telefonen eller \u00f6ppna en videokonferens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">H\u00e5ll koll p\u00e5 sm\u00e5\u00e4tandet och drick vatten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tv\u00e5 saker h\u00e4nder mig n\u00e4r jag jobbar hemifr\u00e5n: jag uppt\u00e4cker att jag har fri tillg\u00e5ng till ett f\u00f6rr\u00e5d av mat, och jag gl\u00f6mmer att dricka vatten. Detta i kombination med mer stillasittande \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 bra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e5ll extra koll p\u00e5 att du dricker tillr\u00e4ckligt med vatten under dagen. F\u00f6rs\u00f6k ocks\u00e5 att \u00e4ta p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som du skulle g\u00f6ra om du pendlade till ett kontor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r vissa kan detta inneb\u00e4ra att man g\u00f6r i ordning lunchen som en del av morgonrutinen. F\u00f6r andra kan det helt enkelt handla om att inte sm\u00e5\u00e4ta f\u00f6r mycket under dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fastna inte i privata saker<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r man jobbar hemifr\u00e5n \u00e4r det l\u00e4tt att ta hand om privata sm\u00e5\u00e4renden, men f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att bara g\u00f6ra s\u00e5dant som kan klaras av p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra minuter h\u00e4r eller d\u00e4r. Att l\u00e4gga en stund d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 p\u00e5 att betala en r\u00e4kning eller best\u00e4lla tid hos l\u00e4karen \u00e4r helt ok, men se till att din arbetsdag inte fylls av hush\u00e5llsarbete. Det kan ocks\u00e5 h\u00e4nda att v\u00e4nner och familj som vet att du jobbar hemifr\u00e5n tolkar det som att det g\u00e5r bra att ringa och sm\u00e5prata n\u00e4r som helst. G\u00f6r inte det. H\u00e5ll dig fokuserad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Netflix EFTER eller F\u00d6RE jobbet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Den h\u00e4r punkten kr\u00e4ver kanske inte n\u00e5gon st\u00f6rre f\u00f6rklaring, men det \u00e4r viktigt att f\u00f6rbli produktiv och inte l\u00e5ta dig distraheras p\u00e5 arbetstid av dina favoritfilmer och TV-program. Visst, utan en l\u00e5ng pendling kommer du s\u00e4kert att ha mer tid till s\u00e5dant \u2013 se bara till att det inte inkr\u00e4ktar p\u00e5 din arbetstid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ha om m\u00f6jligt ett separat arbetsutrymme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Under den h\u00e4r sv\u00e5ra tiden \u00e4r det inte realistiskt att v\u00e4nta sig att alla som pl\u00f6tsligt jobbar hemifr\u00e5n ska ha tillg\u00e5ng till ett eget, perfekt inrett hemmakontor. Men det \u00e4r viktigt att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka skapa ett separat arbetsutrymme s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt. D\u00e5 h\u00e5ller du dig fokuserad genom att begr\u00e4nsa st\u00f6rningar och du kan ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4ttare skapa de gr\u00e4nser och den balans mellan arbete och fritid som \u00e4r s\u00e5 viktiga under den h\u00e4r sv\u00e5ra tiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Till sist \u2013 ligg inte i s\u00e4ngen och jobba p\u00e5 din b\u00e4rbara dator. D\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar hj\u00e4rnan s\u00e5 sm\u00e5ningom att blanda ihop s\u00e4ngen och arbetsplatsen och du f\u00e5r sv\u00e5rt att somna p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sist men inte minst, F\u00c5 SAKER GJORDA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I synnerhet om du normalt har l\u00e5ngt att resa till jobbet kommer du att nu f\u00e5 MYCKET mer tid under en dag. Utnyttja den. Du kan definitivt bli mer fokuserad och produktiv n\u00e4r du jobbar hemifr\u00e5n \u2013 om du vill bli det. Det g\u00e5r att g\u00f6ra det h\u00e4r och \u00e4nd\u00e5 f\u00e5 balans och ha en normal fritid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BONUS: Ta dig ut, om du kan och det \u00e4r s\u00e4kert<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Givetvis ska du inte bryta mot&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-nCoV\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Folkh\u00e4lsomyndighetens<\/a>&nbsp;rekommendationer om social distansering men om du kan ta en promenad i ditt omr\u00e5de eller en biltur i staden \u00e4r det viktigt att g\u00f6ra det f\u00f6r att inte k\u00e4nna dig allt f\u00f6r inst\u00e4ngd.
