Det handlar om en teknik som inte bara riktar sig till ingenj\u00f6rer och designers utan \u00e4r gratis och tillg\u00e4nglig f\u00f6r alla som har tillg\u00e5ng till internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f6sningen \u00e4r en webbaserad app som heter&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.prism-app.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PRISM<\/a>. I PRISM-appen kan anv\u00e4ndaren rita upp f\u00f6rstklassiga, fabriksbyggda bost\u00e4der som f\u00f6ljer regeringens progressiva byggstandarder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Id\u00e9n till appen kom genom en rapport fr\u00e5n 2017 av London Assembly Planning Committee. Rapporten bekr\u00e4ftade att bristen p\u00e5 bost\u00e4der har lett till orimliga levnadskostnader och f\u00f6reslog standardiserad design och en st\u00f6rre anv\u00e4ndning av f\u00f6rtillverkade material som ett s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 fart p\u00e5 byggandet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I enlighet med dessa principer v\u00e4xte PRISM fram under ett 20 m\u00e5nader l\u00e5ngt samarbete mellan ingenj\u00f6rs- och designf\u00f6retaget Bryden Wood, byggkonsulten Cast och medarbetare till Londons borgm\u00e4stare Sadiq Khan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark Farmer, som \u00e4r VD f\u00f6r Cast, beskrev vad som varit drivkraften bakom PRISM: \u201dAtt modernisera Londons byggbransch \u00e4r livsviktigt om staden ska kunna l\u00f6sa sina v\u00e4xande problem med bristande resurser, utbildning, m\u00e5ngfald och konstruktionskvalitet. Med den h\u00e4r appen kan designers fokusera p\u00e5 den estetiska kvaliteten och samtidigt \u00f6verv\u00e4ga f\u00f6rtillverkade byggsystem och komponenter. Det ger ett mer produktivt och f\u00f6ruts\u00e4gbart bostadsbyggande och b\u00e4ttre resultat f\u00f6r London.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hur fungerar PRISM?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Appens enkla gr\u00e4nssnitt g\u00e5r att n\u00e5 via dator, surfplatta eller telefon \u2013 vilken enhet som helst som har en webbl\u00e4sare. \u201dUtmaningen \u00e4r s\u00e5 stor att vi bara kan lyckas om vi samarbetar\u201d, sa Jami Cresser-Brown, chefsarkitekt p\u00e5 Bryden Wood, ang\u00e5ende beslutet att till\u00e5ta fri anv\u00e4ndning av tekniken. \u201dAlla kan delta i designprocessen och innovationsstadierna som f\u00f6ljer.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4l inne i appen kan vem som anv\u00e4nda dess tv\u00e5 huvudfunktioner. Med den f\u00f6rsta funktionen skriver anv\u00e4ndaren in de data som beh\u00f6vs som referenspunkter f\u00f6r placering och design av projektet.
