Det handlar allts\u00e5 om att entrepren\u00f6ren efter en omfattande anbudsprocess ska v\u00e4lja och slutf\u00f6ra stora, flersidiga avtal med varje underleverant\u00f6r som ska arbeta med projektet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hur det h\u00e4r arbetsfl\u00f6det ser ut kan skilja sig \u00e5t mellan olika entrepren\u00f6rer.\u00a0F\u00f6r\u00a0Amanda Wieting, som \u00e4r Senior Technical Account Manager p\u00e5 Bluebeam och tidigare var projektledare p\u00e5\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.whiting-turner.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co.<\/a>, brukade processen vanligtvis inledas med personliga m\u00f6ten med de tre akt\u00f6rer som hade lagt de l\u00e4gsta buden p\u00e5 varje underavtal. Och som Amanda Wieting beskriver ingick det i varje personligt m\u00f6te f\u00f6r omfattnings- och avtalsgranskning att man gjorde en rad \u00f6verenskomna revisioner och \u00e4ndringar i papperen \u2013 ofta genom att manuellt markera sidorna med penna.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedan, n\u00e4r revisionerna var inlagda och avtalet slutf\u00f6rt, gjorde man flera papperskopior av avtalet innan det signerades av samtliga parter.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e4r \u00e4r tre s\u00e4tt att anv\u00e4nda Studio i Revu f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra omfattnings- och avtalsgranskningar mer effektiva.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anv\u00e4nd Studio-projekt f\u00f6r dokumenthantering med underleverant\u00f6rerna&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Varje entrepren\u00f6r som tar emot anbud p\u00e5 ett byggprojekt kan ha en m\u00e4ngd olika papper f\u00f6r avtal och omfattning som beh\u00f6ver granskas och samordnas med de olika underleverant\u00f6rerna innan man kan g\u00f6ra en formell granskning tillsammans med var och en av dem.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De h\u00e4r dokumenten, som kan omfatta s\u00e5v\u00e4l en m\u00e4ngd standardformuleringar som leverant\u00f6rsspecifika omfattningar, kan lagras och organiseras i ett\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.bluebeam.com\/se\/studio\/resources\/learn-about-studio-projects.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Studio-projekt<\/a>. D\u00e5 f\u00e5r byggprojektets alla intressenter, d\u00e4ribland entrepren\u00f6ren och de olika underleverant\u00f6rerna, tillg\u00e5ng till en central plats inom\u00a0Revu\u00a0som de ocks\u00e5 kan anv\u00e4nda f\u00f6r att delta i en samarbetssession eller markera dokumenten innan de sammanst\u00e4lls f\u00f6r den slutliga omfattnings- och avtalsgranskningen.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dAtt kunna l\u00e4gga upp informationen i ett Studio-projekt vore verkligen fint\u201d, s\u00e4ger Amanda.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Studio kan anv\u00e4ndas till s\u00e5 mycket mer \u00e4n att organisera standardmallar och framst\u00e4llningar med interna team. Speciellt <a href=\"https:\/\/support.bluebeam.com\/se\/studio\/how-to\/studio-sessions-guide-for-revu.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Studio-sessioner<\/a>\u00a0som teammedlemmarna kan anv\u00e4nda f\u00f6r interna omfattningsgranskningar innan man delar och samordnar med underleverant\u00f6rerna.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projektets olika teammedlemmar m\u00e5ste trots allt komma \u00f6verens om de olika arbetsomfattningarna innan man bjuder in underleverant\u00f6rer till en formell granskning. Att anv\u00e4nda Studio-projekt och Studio-sessioner \u00e4r en utm\u00e4rkt metod f\u00f6r det.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anv\u00e4nd Studio-sessioner f\u00f6r att revidera och slutf\u00f6ra avtal&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personliga m\u00f6ten \u00e4r inte alltid det b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att genomf\u00f6ra omfattnings- och avtalsgranskningar. Det kan vara sv\u00e5rt att samordna olika m\u00f6ten med flera underleverant\u00f6rer. Varf\u00f6r inte flytta gransknings- och revisionsprocessen online och utnyttja funktionerna f\u00f6r dokumentsamarbete och markering i Studio-sessioner?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amanda Wieting ber\u00e4ttar att hennes erfarenhet \u00e4r att den h\u00e4r fasen av omfattnings- och avtalsgranskningen fr\u00e4mst skett genom personliga m\u00f6ten, men att flytta granskningen och revisionerna till en Studio-session skulle vara ett genomf\u00f6rbart alternativ. D\u00e5 skulle man kunna spara tid genom att hantera flera olika underleverant\u00f6rers granskningar samtidigt.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Och eftersom dokumenten redan hanteras och lagras i ett Studio-projekt kan de enkelt laddas upp till en session. Sedan bjuds underleverant\u00f6rerna digitalt in till att chatta, markera och svara p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor eller kommentarer. Eftersom alla\u00a0markeringar sp\u00e5ras digitalt\u00a0i varje session \u00e4r det dessutom enkelt att se vem som har lagt in en viss markering, om det \u00e4r n\u00e5gon fr\u00e5ga som beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6ljas upp.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dAtt kunna klarg\u00f6ra omfattningen genom en session som sp\u00e5ras, s\u00e5 att man kan se historiken bakom varje markering \u2013 det skulle verkligen vara praktiskt\u201d, s\u00e4ger Amanda.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Signera avtal digitalt med Studio-projekt&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ut\u00f6ver att det g\u00e5r att granska och revidera olika underleverant\u00f6rers omfattningar och avtal genom en Studio-session i Revu, kan avtalen ocks\u00e5 slutf\u00f6ras och till sist signeras med hj\u00e4lp av de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.bluebeam.com\/se\/revu\/how-to\/add-multiple-signatures-to-pdf.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">funktioner f\u00f6r digitala signaturer<\/a>\u00a0som finns i ett Studio-projekt.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att digitalt signera officiella dokument \u00e4r dock n\u00e5got man b\u00f6r g\u00f6ra i ett Studio-projekt och inte i en session, s\u00e4ger Amanda, eftersom det bara \u00e4r i ett projekt som anv\u00e4ndarna kan g\u00f6ra \u00e4ndringar p\u00e5 dokumentniv\u00e5.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dDe skulle kunna signera digitalt med en faktisk digital signatur\u201d, s\u00e4ger hon, och menar d\u00e5 projektets olika underleverant\u00f6rer. \u201dDet \u00e4r bra n\u00e4r det handlar om ett avtal, f\u00f6r d\u00e5 vet man att folk inte kan g\u00f6ra \u00e4ndringar i det.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring som underl\u00e4ttar&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Med Studio i Revu kan yrkesut\u00f6vare i byggbranschen digitalisera och effektivisera en m\u00e4ngd olika projektarbetsfl\u00f6den.
