Men f\u00f6r Christian N\u00e1var, byggchef p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniteddwelling.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">United Dwelling<\/a>, utgjorde krisen en m\u00f6jlighet att utveckla en ny modell f\u00f6r enfamiljshus som g\u00e5r snabbt att bygga. Dessa bost\u00e4der kan uppf\u00f6ras utan att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra grannskapets utseende och byggs direkt i hus\u00e4gares tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rdar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skalbara l\u00f6sningar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspirationen f\u00f6r United Dwelling var id\u00e9n att konvertera garage till bost\u00e4der. Men som Christian f\u00f6rklarar utvecklades konceptet snabbt. \u201dVi har som m\u00e5l att p\u00e5verka bostadskrisen LA s\u00e5 att det verkligen m\u00e4rks\u201d, s\u00e4ger han. \u201dF\u00f6r att uppn\u00e5 det m\u00e5ste man arbeta skalbart.
