{"id":80486,"date":"2021-11-17T03:01:08","date_gmt":"2021-11-17T02:01:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.bluebeam.com\/se\/?p=80486"},"modified":"2021-11-15T10:53:55","modified_gmt":"2021-11-15T09:53:55","slug":"low-carbon-construction-reverse-climate-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.bluebeam.com\/se\/low-carbon-construction-reverse-climate-change\/","title":{"rendered":"Hur kommer byggnader med l\u00e5ga koldioxidutsl\u00e4pp att leda kampen f\u00f6r att v\u00e4nda klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Det g\u00e5r inte att komma ifr\u00e5n att byggbranschen har en viktig roll att spela i kampen f\u00f6r att stoppa och v\u00e4nda effekterna av den klimatkris som vi alla st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problemet med koldioxidutsl\u00e4pp och v\u00e4xthusgaser som l\u00e4cker ut i atmosf\u00e4ren fr\u00e5n diverse industriella aktiviteter har legat i fokus f\u00f6r forskningsarbete och milj\u00f6kampanjer under flera \u00e5r. Nu b\u00f6rjar resten av v\u00e4rlden \u00e4ntligen, med allt st\u00f6rre br\u00e5dska, att visa sitt intresse. Nu har byggsektorn b\u00f6rjat inse detta och s\u00e5v\u00e4l investerare som hyresg\u00e4ster kr\u00e4ver nu en gr\u00f6nare leverans och drift av byggnader. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Storbritannien st\u00e5r den byggda milj\u00f6n f\u00f6r mellan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukgbc.org\/climate-change\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">40&nbsp;%<\/a> och <a href=\"https:\/\/igpp.org.uk\/blog\/article\/sustainability-greatest-challenge-of-construction-industry\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">45&nbsp;%<\/a> av landets koldioxidutsl\u00e4pp, beroende p\u00e5 vems siffror man tror p\u00e5. Det uppskattas att ungef\u00e4r h\u00e4lften av de h\u00e4r utsl\u00e4ppen h\u00e4rr\u00f6r fr\u00e5n den energi som anv\u00e4nds i byggnaderna \u2013 resten kommer fr\u00e5n aktiviteter i samband med att de byggs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hur stort koldioxidavtryck har en byggnad?  <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Att fastst\u00e4lla omfattningen av branschens koldioxidutsl\u00e4pp \u00e4r komplicerat. Processen skulle kunna starta fr\u00e5n det \u00f6gonblick d\u00e5 r\u00e5materialen till ett bygge utvinns ur marken tillsammans med den energi som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att bearbeta och transportera material och andra komponenter till de element som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att konstruera en byggnad.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man skulle ocks\u00e5 kunna v\u00e4ga in de utsl\u00e4pp som troligen uppkommer p\u00e5 sj\u00e4lva byggarbetsplatsen, vanligtvis fr\u00e5n maskiner \u2013 ofta drivna av milj\u00f6farligt dieselbr\u00e4nsle \u2013 som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att s\u00e4tta nyckelkomponenterna p\u00e5 plats. Faktum \u00e4r att det p\u00e5g\u00e5r \u00e5tg\u00e4rder inom utrustningsbranschen f\u00f6r att bem\u00f6ta det h\u00e4r, b\u00e5de i Storbritannien och <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/dera\/reducing-diesel-emissions-construction-and-agriculture\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">i andra l\u00e4nder<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidigt som byggbranschen uppmanas att se \u00f6ver de material och det arbete som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att leverera en byggnad m\u00e5ste attityderna hos de som investerar i utvecklingsprojekten, designprocessen och upphandlingen ocks\u00e5 tas med i ber\u00e4kningen.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) publicerade en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wbcsd.org\/contentwbc\/download\/12455\/185688\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rapport<\/a> i juli i \u00e5r d\u00e4r man f\u00f6reslog \u00f6ver 50 konkreta policyer f\u00f6r att minska koldioxidutsl\u00e4ppen samt b\u00e4sta praxis som investerare och utvecklare b\u00f6r anamma i sina byggprojekt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dProjektens upphovsm\u00e4n, investerare och utvecklare har b\u00e5de makten och ansvaret att staka ut kursen f\u00f6r projekt i linje med Parisavtalet\u201d, menar man i rapporten.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moderna byggmetoder och moderna l\u00f6sningar <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt WBCSD b\u00f6r de grundl\u00e4ggande kraven f\u00f6r en byggbransch utan fossila br\u00e4nslen inneh\u00e5lla f\u00f6ljande: utformning av konkreta koldioxidrelaterade krav f\u00f6r alla projekt, utveckling av alternativa designer och bed\u00f6mningar av koldioxidutsl\u00e4pp och kostnader, unders\u00f6kning och utv\u00e4rdering av alternativ till de tio produkter som medf\u00f6r st\u00f6rst koldioxidutsl\u00e4pp samt slutligen krav p\u00e5 att entrepren\u00f6rer k\u00f6per och installerar material som uppfyller fastst\u00e4llda, \u00f6verenskomna koldioxidgr\u00e4nser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den \u00f6kande anv\u00e4ndningen av moderna byggmetoder (Modern Methods of Construction, MMC) betraktas ocks\u00e5 som en avg\u00f6rande del av arbetet med att v\u00e4nda p\u00e5 utvecklingen av klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringen och hur byggbranschens bidrar till den.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabrikstillverkade paneler kan platsmonteras efter att ha tillverkats i en kvalitets- och milj\u00f6kontrollerad fabrik som resulterar i mindre avfall och begr\u00e4nsade utsl\u00e4pp. Tr\u00e4, och i synnerhet korslaminerat tr\u00e4, blir allt mer popul\u00e4rt som byggmaterial vilket med tanke p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ets f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att binda kol \u00e4r ytterligare en l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r byggnader med l\u00e5ga koldioxidutsl\u00e4pp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bygga med nollutsl\u00e4pp av koldioxid i praktiken <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal &amp; General, finansj\u00e4tten som har blivit husbyggare, har valt moderna byggmetoder och driver planer p\u00e5 att skapa bost\u00e4der med modul\u00e4ra tekniker och har samtidigt lovat att hela koncernens nya bostadsbest\u00e5nd ska <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legalandgeneral.com\/modular-homes\/news-and-insights\/news\/modern-methods-of-construction-offer-a-way-to-redress-the-uks-housing-shortfall-without-exacerbating-climate-change\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ha nollutsl\u00e4pp av koldioxid i drift till 2030<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utvecklingen mot att minska det driftsm\u00e4ssiga \u2013 eller dagliga \u2013 utsl\u00e4ppet av koldioxid fr\u00e5n byggnader \u00e4r ett hett \u00e4mne i utsl\u00e4ppsdebatten. Byggnader m\u00e5ste ta f\u00e4rre resurser och mindre energi i anspr\u00e5k f\u00f6r uppv\u00e4rmning, belysning och ventilation av interi\u00f6rer. Ju gr\u00f6nare en byggnad kan vara desto mer kan den tilltala de tillt\u00e4nkta \u2013 och milj\u00f6medvetna \u2013 hyresg\u00e4sterna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett nytt projekt f\u00f6r flera miljarder pund som just nu byggs p\u00e5 Themsen-flodens s\u00f6dra strand i London syftar till att g\u00f6ra just det. Native Land utvecklar Bankside Yards och h\u00e4vdar att det kommer att bli <a href=\"https:\/\/banksideyards.com\/sustainability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">det f\u00f6rsta byggprojektet f\u00f6r blandad anv\u00e4ndning utan fossila br\u00e4nslen<\/a> i Storbritannien.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt utvecklaren kommer samtliga \u00e5tta byggnader i projektet att drivas av f\u00f6rnybar el. Teknik som luftv\u00e4rmepumpar, specialfasader samt toppmoderna ventilations- och v\u00e4rme\u00e5tervinningssystem f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar byggnadernas h\u00e5llbarhetsegenskaper och bidrar till att driva dem utan n\u00e5gra utsl\u00e4pp av koldioxid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kan energirenoveringsprogram vara svaret f\u00f6r Storbritannien? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Minst tv\u00e5 tredjedelar av dagens byggnader kommer att finnas kvar \u00e5r 2050. Det inneb\u00e4r krav p\u00e5 ytterligare en strategi i kampen f\u00f6r att minska den byggda milj\u00f6ns koldioxidutsl\u00e4pp. Ett alternativ kan vara att genom energirenovering f\u00f6rse byggnader med teknik som g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt f\u00f6r dem att uppfylla s\u00e5v\u00e4l nya och framv\u00e4xande milj\u00f6standarder som moderna hyresg\u00e4sters h\u00f6ga krav. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Landets bostadsbest\u00e5nd \u00e4r den mest uppenbara platsen f\u00f6r att inleda den h\u00e4r \u00f6vningen. Enligt en <a href=\"https:\/\/green-alliance.org.uk\/resources\/reinventing_retrofit.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rapport<\/a> publicerad av Green Alliance har Storbritannien Europas minst energieffektiva bost\u00e4der. \u00c4ven om regeringen siktar p\u00e5 att uppn\u00e5 energiklass C i energideklarationen till \u00e5r 2035 \u00e4r det bara 29&nbsp;% av bost\u00e4derna som g\u00f6r det f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande. Green Alliance menar att energirenovering av \u00e5terst\u00e5ende 71&nbsp;% \u00e4r ett v\u00e4l ambiti\u00f6st m\u00e5l. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ist\u00e4llet rekommenderar man \u201dEnergiesprong\u201d, eller &#8221;energispr\u00e5ng&#8221; \u2013 en innovativ metod f\u00f6r energirenovering av hela byggnader. Detta omfattar anv\u00e4ndning av termiskt effektiva fasader, solpaneler och ett energinav med luft- eller markv\u00e4rmepumpar.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tekniken anv\u00e4ndes f\u00f6rst i Nederl\u00e4nderna och en genomsnittlig Energiesprong-renovering minskar enligt rapporten en bostads totala energibehov med 80&nbsp;%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Byggbranschen st\u00e5r definitivt inf\u00f6r en rad utmaningar n\u00e4r den f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker minska sin milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan.
