F\u00f6rra \u00e5ret meddelade HS2, f\u00f6retaget som bygger den andra fasen av Englands h\u00f6ghastighetsj\u00e4rnv\u00e4g, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.building.co.uk\/news\/hs2-trials-ai-to-cut-carbon-emissions\/5107927.article\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">att de testar ett nytt AI-verktyg<\/a> som de menar kommer att bidra till att minska projektets koldioxidavtryck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enligt HS2 kan verktyget automatisera BIM-processen s\u00e5 att olika designalternativ kan simuleras med olika typer och kvantiteter av byggmaterial.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En annan utveckling \u00e4r \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen till eldriven byggutrustning \u2013 n\u00e5got som kanske kan betraktas som oundvikligt tack vare el- och hybridbilarnas v\u00e4xande popularitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volvo har lanserat en serie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.volvoce.com\/global\/en\/our-offer\/emobility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">elektriska gr\u00e4vmaskiner<\/a> som f\u00f6retaget h\u00e4vdar matchar dieselmaskinernas prestanda och kan arbeta i upp till \u00e5tta timmar p\u00e5 en laddning.
