D\u00e4rf\u00f6r klubbade stadsfullm\u00e4ktige nyligen igenom bygget av sp\u00e5rv\u00e4gsprojektet Kronbroarna (Kruunusillat p\u00e5 finska) med en slutlig budget p\u00e5 326 miljoner euro (omkring 3,4 miljarder kronor).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projektet kommer att skapa en sp\u00e5rvagns- och cykel- och g\u00e5ngv\u00e4gsf\u00f6rbindelse mellan det snabbt v\u00e4xande bostadsomr\u00e5det p\u00e5 Deger\u00f6 och stadsk\u00e4rnan. Den viktigaste delen av bygget \u00e4r den 1,2 km l\u00e5nga Kronbergsbron, designad av Knight Architects i samarbete med ingenj\u00f6rsfirman WSP Helsinki. Resten av projektet ska genomf\u00f6ras genom en alliansmodell som bygger p\u00e5 en integrerad projektleverans mellan flera olika f\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tillvaxtprinciper\"><strong>Tillv\u00e4xtprinciper<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Helsingfors befolkning p\u00e5 650&nbsp;000 personer ber\u00e4knas \u00f6ka till \u00f6ver 700&nbsp;000 till 2027, medan n\u00e4rliggande Deger\u00f6 v\u00e4ntas f\u00f6rdubbla sin folkm\u00e4ngd i och med utvecklingen av ett nytt bostadsomr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anni Sinnem\u00e4ki, Helsingfors bitr\u00e4dande borgm\u00e4stare f\u00f6r stadsmilj\u00f6sektorn, f\u00f6rklarar hur den h\u00e4r tillv\u00e4xten p\u00e5verkade projektet Kronbroarna: \u201dHelsingfors \u00e4r en v\u00e4xande stad som beh\u00f6ver nya bost\u00e4der\u201d, s\u00e4ger hon. \u201dJust nu bygger vi 7&nbsp;000 nya l\u00e4genheter varje \u00e5r, och snart blir det 8&nbsp;000 per \u00e5r. Varf\u00f6r sp\u00e5rvagn?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dVi unders\u00f6kte m\u00e5nga olika m\u00f6jligheter i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g, och sp\u00e5rvagnen visade sig vara den mest funktionella\u201d, s\u00e4ger Anni Sinnem\u00e4ki. \u201dMed en sp\u00e5rvagn slipper de nyinflyttade i Deger\u00f6 att fastna i trafiken, vilket skulle vara en risk om vi byggde en bro f\u00f6r bilar. Vi m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 bygga ett trafiksystem som \u00e4r effektivt och hj\u00e4lper oss att n\u00e5 v\u00e5ra klimatm\u00e5l. Enligt stadens strategiska m\u00e5l beh\u00f6ver vi minska m\u00e4ngden utsl\u00e4pp fr\u00e5n v\u00e5rt transportsystem.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Helsingfors stad l\u00e4gger stor vikt vid att fr\u00e4mja gr\u00f6na v\u00e4rderingar och prioritera milj\u00f6skydd. Kronbroarna kommer att ansluta till ett redan robust kollektivtrafikn\u00e4t som omfattar sp\u00e5rv\u00e4g, tunnelbana, buss, cykeldelning och f\u00e4rja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dJag vill g\u00e4rna tro att vi \u00e4r en stad som siktar mot framtiden\u201d, s\u00e4ger Anni Sinnem\u00e4ki. \u201dVi vill se till att staden v\u00e4xer p\u00e5 ett s\u00e5 h\u00e5llbart s\u00e4tt som m\u00f6jligt, och m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra en livsstil f\u00f6r v\u00e5ra medborgare d\u00e4r de inte beh\u00f6ver privatbil i sin vardag.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trots politiskt motst\u00e5nd inf\u00f6r kostnaden och bristen p\u00e5 k\u00f6rf\u00e4lt f\u00f6r privatbilar vann sp\u00e5rv\u00e4gen och dess tydliga principer. \u201dVi satsar h\u00e5rt p\u00e5 att uppn\u00e5 v\u00e5rt m\u00e5l att vara koldioxidneutrala till 2030\u201d, s\u00e4ger Anni. \u201dDet b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att g\u00f6ra det \u00e4r att tillhandah\u00e5lla kollektivtrafik som \u00e4r s\u00e5 attraktiv att folk g\u00e4rna v\u00e4ljer den framf\u00f6r bilen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sparvagsbyggandet-far-ett-nytt-uppsving-i-europa\"><strong>Sp\u00e5rv\u00e4gsbyggandet f\u00e5r ett nytt uppsving i Europa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De europeiska investeringarna i sp\u00e5rv\u00e4gsinfrastruktur forts\u00e4tter att v\u00e4xa. Samtidigt st\u00e5r USA inf\u00f6r enorma utgifter f\u00f6r infrastruktur till f\u00f6ljd av nyligen antagen lagstiftning som skulle kunna utl\u00f6sa en liknande utveckling d\u00e4r. Kronbroarna i Helsingfors passar in i en bredare trend \u00f6ver hela Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.bluebeam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/FinlandTramwayProject-Inline2.jpg\" alt=\"Sp\u00e5rv\u00e4gsprojektet Kronbroarna i Helsingfors\" class=\"wp-image-84046\" width=\"750\" \/><figcaption>K\u00e4lla: WSP Helsinki\/Knight Architects<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bara under det senaste \u00e5ret har det gjorts omfattande investeringar i att bygga eller renovera sp\u00e5rv\u00e4gar p\u00e5 kontinenten, d\u00e4ribland 43 miljoner euro (448 miljoner kronor) i Lissabon i Portugal, 40 miljoner euro (417 miljoner kronor) i Sarajevo i Bosnien och Hercegovina, 19,6 miljoner euro (205 miljoner kronor) i Sevilla i Spanien, 110 miljoner euro (1,15 miljarder kronor) i Brandenburg i Tyskland och 404 miljoner euro (4,2 miljarder kronor) i Paris i Frankrike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medan oron \u00f6ver trafikstockningar och utsl\u00e4pp \u00f6kar i Europa kan sp\u00e5rv\u00e4garnas uppsving j\u00e4mf\u00f6ras med n\u00e4r de introducerades f\u00f6r \u00e5rhundraden sedan, d\u00e5 de f\u00f6redrogs framf\u00f6r h\u00e4star som ett renare och mindre avfallsproducerande alternativ f\u00f6r stadstrafiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"juvelen-i-kronan-kronbergsbron\"><strong>Juvelen i kronan: Kronbergsbron<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2012 vann <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kai-atl.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Knight Architects<\/a> tillsammans med WSP Helsinki en internationell designt\u00e4vling om bron. <a href=\"https:\/\/uk.linkedin.com\/in\/tom-osborne-15600927\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tom Osborne<\/a>, som ansvarar f\u00f6r broar och infrastruktur p\u00e5 Knight Architects, f\u00f6rklarar hur stadens kultur influerade f\u00f6retagets design: \u201dHelsingfors har en stark kultur av promenader, cykling och aktiv transport, och samverkan mellan bron och den urbana sf\u00e4r som den ansluter till var n\u00e5got vi t\u00e4nkte p\u00e5 hela tiden.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utformningen av Kronbergsbron tar h\u00e4nsyn till en unik kombination av utmaningar. \u201dKlimatf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandena hade ett betydande inflytande p\u00e5 designen\u201d, s\u00e4ger Tom. Vi jobbade h\u00e5rt f\u00f6r att skapa en sarg som skyddar fotg\u00e4ngare mot bl\u00e5sten, samtidigt som vi bibeh\u00f6ll utsikten och k\u00e4nslan av \u00f6ppenhet. P\u00e5 vintern \u00e4r det m\u00f6rkt och kallt i flera m\u00e5nader i Helsingfors, s\u00e5 det \u00e4r en stor utmaning att bibeh\u00e5lla en bra niv\u00e5 av komfort och s\u00e4kerhet \u00e5ret om.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.bluebeam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/FinlandTramwayProject-Inline3.jpg\" alt=\"Sp\u00e5rv\u00e4gsprojektet Kronbroarna i Helsingfors\" class=\"wp-image-84047\" width=\"750\" \/><figcaption>K\u00e4lla: WSP Helsinki\/Knight Architects<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dSlutligen s\u00e5 kr\u00e4vde uppdraget en designlivsl\u00e4ngd p\u00e5 200 \u00e5r, vilket \u00e4r l\u00e4ngre \u00e4n de 120 \u00e5r som brukar g\u00e4lla f\u00f6r andra broar\u201d, till\u00e4gger Tom. \u201dVi samarbetade n\u00e4ra med ingenj\u00f6rsfirman WSP Helsinki f\u00f6r att rita en h\u00e5llbar och till och med anpassningsbar bro f\u00f6r att se till att den blir ett best\u00e5ende tillskott till staden.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designen tar ocks\u00e5 h\u00e4nsyn till den ber\u00f6mda finska estetiken. \u201dVi \u00e4lskar den finska designens tydlighet och minimalism, och hoppas att bron ska bli ett passande tillskott till Helsingfors \u2013 en \u201ddiamant\u201d f\u00f6r staden, som uts\u00e5gs till v\u00e4rldens designhuvudstad 2012\u201d, s\u00e4ger Tom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"samarbetsallians\"><strong>Samarbetsallians<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ut\u00f6ver de tv\u00e5 broarna Finkes bro och Kronbergsbron kommer projektet att genomf\u00f6ras med en alliansmodell. Alliansen ska fokusera p\u00e5 mark- och anl\u00e4ggningsarbeten, gatuarbeten samt kommunaltekniska arbeten medan den bygger resten av sp\u00e5rv\u00e4gsinfrastrukturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hur ser alliansmodellen ut?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/janisaarinen\/?originalSubdomain=fi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jani Saarinen<\/a>, Managing Partner p\u00e5 Vision Oy, som \u00e4r konsult f\u00f6r projektets alliansmodell, f\u00f6rklarar: \u201dProjektallianser \u00e4r en ny typ av implementeringsmodell d\u00e4r projektpartners tillsammans utvecklar projektplaner och l\u00f6sningar och uppr\u00e4ttar en gemensam implementeringsplan och m\u00e5lkostnad\u201d, s\u00e4ger han. \u201dParterna delar sedan p\u00e5 s\u00e5v\u00e4l risker som f\u00f6rdelar med projektet.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.bluebeam.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/FinlandTramwayProject-Inline4.jpg\" alt=\"Sp\u00e5rv\u00e4gsprojektet Kronbroarna i Helsingfors\" class=\"wp-image-84048\" width=\"750\" \/><figcaption>K\u00e4lla: WSP Helsinki\/Knight Architects<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Alliansmodellen gynnas av att information och expertis delas i hela projektet. \u201dSamtliga f\u00f6retag som ing\u00e5r i alliansen arbetar tillsammans\u201d, s\u00e4ger Jari. \u201dDet ing\u00e5r tre design- och konsultf\u00f6retag och tv\u00e5 byggf\u00f6retag. Projektet utnyttjar samtliga f\u00f6retags expertis och resurser p\u00e5 det s\u00e4tt som passar projektet b\u00e4st.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alliansen \u00e4r ett arbetspartnerskap som \u00e4r beroende av tydlighet och samarbete. \u201dTanken \u00e4r att samtliga f\u00f6retag och deras resurser ska integreras s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt som m\u00f6jligt, att samarbetet ska ske p\u00e5 ett gemensamt projektkontor och att man ska anv\u00e4nda samma processer och arbetsmetoder\u201d, s\u00e4ger Jari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bygget av Kronbroarna inleddes i november 2021.
