En gaffeltruck som g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder. En leverans av gipsskivor som blir f\u00f6rsenad. En nyckelchef som slutar f\u00f6r att ta jobb n\u00e5gon annanstans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De f\u00f6rsta tv\u00e5 utmaningarna skulle de flesta byggf\u00f6retag tackla direkt \u2013 att laga gaffeltrucken eller utnyttja reservbudgeten f\u00f6r att best\u00e4lla nya gipsskivor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men att fylla en ledarskapslucka \u2013 s\u00e4rskilt om man inte har n\u00e5gon intern s\u00f6kande som omedelbart kan ers\u00e4tta den arbetsledare som har slutat \u2013 kanske inte hamnar allra h\u00f6gst p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra-listan n\u00e4r fokus ligger p\u00e5 att h\u00e5lla projektschemat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r beror ofta p\u00e5 att f\u00f6retaget inte har lagt tillr\u00e4ckligt mycket tid p\u00e5 att fylla p\u00e5 sin ledarskapspipeline \u2013 det vill s\u00e4ga identifierat medarbetare som har potential f\u00f6r att bli arbetsledare och sett till att de har r\u00e4tt verktyg f\u00f6r att ta steget n\u00e4r tiden \u00e4r inne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dVi m\u00e5ste laga maskinerna.
