{"id":80878,"date":"2022-08-23T03:01:30","date_gmt":"2022-08-23T01:01:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.bluebeam.com\/se\/?p=80878"},"modified":"2022-10-25T10:29:57","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T08:29:57","slug":"is-construction-robotics-the-future-of-the-industry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.bluebeam.com\/se\/is-construction-robotics-the-future-of-the-industry\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c4r robottekniken byggbranschens framtid?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">M\u00e4nniskan har l\u00e4nge varit fascinerad av \u2013 och k\u00e4nt r\u00e4dsla inf\u00f6r \u2013 tanken p\u00e5 att vi kanske en dag kommer att ers\u00e4ttas av artificiell intelligens.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att n\u00e5gon form av robotliv skulle kunna ta m\u00e4nniskans plats har varit ett tema inom science fiction-litteraturen och -filmen s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge genren har funnits. Men i vissa branscher har utbytet av m\u00e4nniskor med robotteknik kommit ganska n\u00e4ra att bli ett vetenskapligt faktum.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I fordonssektorn har man anv\u00e4nt datorprogrammerade robotar f\u00f6r att montera en rad produkter i m\u00e5nga \u00e5r, med b\u00f6rjan i Japan p\u00e5 1960-talet. Andra tillverkare har ocks\u00e5 tagit steget \u00f6ver till robotar, till exempel inom sina distributionscenter. M\u00e5nga av oss har sett <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=p7hsANg3fkY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">filmer<\/a> med robotar som susar runt p\u00e5 ett j\u00e4ttelikt lager medan de samlar in och f\u00f6rpackar varor \u00e5t kunder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En sektor som dock har legat en aning efter n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller robotteknik \u2013 och teknologi i allm\u00e4nhet \u2013 \u00e4r byggbranschen. I j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse med andra branscher har inf\u00f6randet av moderna metoder i byggbranschen g\u00e5tt minst sagt tr\u00f6gt.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Robotteknik i byggbranschen och <\/strong> <strong>bristen p\u00e5 kompetens<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det st\u00e4mmer att tillverkning utanf\u00f6r byggarbetsplatsen och prefabricering snabbar p\u00e5 processen med att bygga bost\u00e4der och andra projekt samt bidrar till att se till att kvaliteten uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lls under vad som bokstavligen \u00e4r fabriksf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. Och i och med den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citb.co.uk\/about-citb\/news-events-and-blogs\/britain-builds-back-construction-will-need-216-800-new-workers-by-2025-to-meet-demand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kompetensbrist<\/a> som har drabbat branschen, och den \u00f6kade efterfr\u00e5gan efter pandemin, kommer anv\u00e4ndningen av teknologi p\u00e5 och utanf\u00f6r byggarbetsplatsen s\u00e4kerligen att \u00f6ka.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men den \u00e4r fortfarande, relativt sett, i sin linda. Branschen \u00e4r fortfarande beroende av att ett stort antal m\u00e4nniskor designar och s\u00e4tter ihop den byggda milj\u00f6 som vi alla bor och arbetar i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4ven om st\u00f6rre automatisering skulle gynna produktiviteten i sektorn varierar inst\u00e4llningen till moderna byggmetoder inom branschen. Branschen \u00e4r helt enkelt inte \u00f6verens om anv\u00e4ndningen av teknologi \u2013 vissa f\u00f6retag g\u00e5r i br\u00e4schen f\u00f6r den, medan m\u00e5nga andra inte g\u00f6r det.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En unders\u00f6kning 2019 av konsultf\u00f6retaget <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.kpmg\/content\/dam\/kpmg\/xx\/pdf\/2019\/04\/global-construction-survey-2019.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KPMG<\/a> visade att av de 20&nbsp;% av byggbranschens akt\u00f6rer som betraktar sig som \u201dredo f\u00f6r teknologi\u201d \u2013 de f\u00f6retag som KPMG kallar \u201dinnovativa ledare\u201d \u2013 anv\u00e4nder 86&nbsp;% byggnadsinformationsmodellering (BIM), 72&nbsp;% dr\u00f6nare och 10&nbsp;% byggrobotteknik.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det kan j\u00e4mf\u00f6ras med de 20&nbsp;% av f\u00f6retagen som ligger l\u00e4ngst ner \u2013 de som KPMG menar ligger \u201dbakom kurvan\u201d n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller teknologi. Deras siffror f\u00f6r samma kriterier \u00e4r deprimerande l\u00e4sning: 28&nbsp;%, 3&nbsp;% och 0&nbsp;%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>F\u00f6r\u00e4ndring ligger i luften<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Robottillverkaren ABB tror dock att det h\u00e4r \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras. En <a href=\"https:\/\/new.abb.com\/news\/detail\/78359\/abb-robotics-advances-construction-industry-automation-to-enable-safer-and-sustainable-building\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unders\u00f6kning<\/a> som ABB utf\u00f6rde bland 1&nbsp;900 stora och sm\u00e5 byggf\u00f6retag i Europa, USA och Kina och som publicerades f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret visade att 81&nbsp;% av de tillfr\u00e5gade f\u00f6retagen planerade att antingen introducera eller \u00f6ka anv\u00e4ndningen av robotteknik i byggbranschen under det n\u00e4rmaste \u00e5rtiondet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r skulle visserligen vara att b\u00f6rja fr\u00e5n en ganska l\u00e5g bas. Som ett tecken p\u00e5 hur l\u00e5ngt efter andra sektorer byggbranschen ligger visade ABB:s forskning att bara 55&nbsp;% av byggf\u00f6retagen anv\u00e4nder robotar, vilket kan j\u00e4mf\u00f6ras med 84&nbsp;% i fordonsbranschen och 79&nbsp;% inom tillverkning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4ven om m\u00e5nga byggf\u00f6retag inser behovet av att effektivisera driften, s\u00e4rskilt nu n\u00e4r kompetensbristen sl\u00e5r till med full kraft, s\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/construction-industry-falling-behind-tech-mullin-cre-and-proptech\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">visar det sig ofta i unders\u00f6kningar<\/a> att f\u00f6retagen placerar robotteknik och annan ny teknologi l\u00e5ngt ner p\u00e5 listan \u00f6ver \u201dm\u00e5sten\u201d \u2013 inte minst p\u00e5 grund av kostnaden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om byggbranschen ska kunna f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra sin produktivitet m\u00e5ste den anamma mer teknologi, och det i sin tur inneb\u00e4r att man m\u00e5ste inse att anv\u00e4ndningen av robotar f\u00f6r vissa uppgifter kan leda till b\u00e4ttre resultat \u00e4n vad som kan uppn\u00e5s med m\u00e4nniskor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brian Ringley, som ansvarar f\u00f6r byggteknologi hos robottillverkaren Boston Dynamics, betonar att 85&nbsp;% av alla byggprojekt spr\u00e4cker tidsschemat, och \u00f6verskrider d\u00e4rmed ocks\u00e5 budgeten. Robotar, menar han, kan hj\u00e4lpa till att f\u00e5 ner den h\u00e4r siffran genom att utf\u00f6ra uppgifter som platsinspektioner och kvalitetskontroll. D\u00e5 f\u00e5r personalen m\u00f6jlighet att fokusera p\u00e5 mer kreativa, mindre repetitiva och ofta s\u00e4krare uppgifter som kan bidra till att leverera projekten i tid.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r det h\u00e4r \u00e4ndam\u00e5let har Brian och hans team skapat en hundliknande robot som de kallar Spot, och som \u00e4r utrustad med kameror och datainsamlingsteknologi. Spot travar omkring p\u00e5 byggarbetsplatsen och kontrollerar olika saker. \u201dArbetet \u00e4r tr\u00e5kigt, och det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 extremt sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r en m\u00e4nniska att utf\u00f6ra det lika exakt som en robot\u201d, s\u00e4ger Brian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>F\u00f6r- och nackdelar med robotteknik i byggbranschen<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns helt klart f\u00f6rdelar med att l\u00e5ta robotar arbeta p\u00e5 ett byggprojekt. De kan jobba med vissa uppgifter dygnet runt, beh\u00f6ver inga raster och kan f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra s\u00e4kerheten f\u00f6r den m\u00e4nskliga arbetskraften genom att utf\u00f6ra vissa av branschens farligare uppgifter som kan leda till skador. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.online-sciences.com\/robotics\/robotics-automation-in-construction-uses-advantages-disadvantages\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Enligt vissa<\/a> kan de ocks\u00e5 leverera ett mer exakt resultat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En av <a href=\"https:\/\/www.futurelearn.com\/info\/courses\/begin-robotics\/0\/steps\/2845\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nackdelarna<\/a> med att anv\u00e4nda robotar p\u00e5 ett byggjobb \u00e4r att de bara g\u00f6r det som de \u00e4r programmerade att g\u00f6ra \u2013 de kan inte improvisera. Och det startkapital som kr\u00e4vs kan vara betydande \u2013 allt mellan 50&nbsp;0000 dollar (drygt en halv miljon kronor) och 150&nbsp;000 kronor (1,5 miljoner kronor) enligt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.robots.com\/faq\/how-much-do-industrial-robots-cost\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vissa uppskattningar<\/a>. Detta kan s\u00e4kert avskr\u00e4cka ett mindre f\u00f6retag fr\u00e5n att investera i robotteknik.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns ocks\u00e5 en oro f\u00f6r att vissa kvalificerade jobb, till exempel murning, kommer att g\u00e5 f\u00f6rlorade om <a href=\"https:\/\/constructionautomation.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">robotmurare<\/a> f\u00e5r fotf\u00e4ste i branschen. Eller att <a href=\"https:\/\/www.building.co.uk\/buildings\/bring-on-the-robots-the-worlds-first-3d-printed-house\/5093397.article\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">3D-betongskrivare<\/a> ska utvecklas och rullas ut i en s\u00e5dan skala att de kan sl\u00e5 upp ett hus eller en kontorsbyggnad p\u00e5 nolltid, vilket skulle sk\u00e4ra ner arbetskraften p\u00e5 plats till en 3D-maskinoperat\u00f6r och n\u00e5gra kvalitetskontrollanter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det r\u00e5der ingen tvekan om att robottekniken kommer att g\u00f6ra ytterligare framsteg. Och ja, den kommer att <a href=\"https:\/\/new.abb.com\/news\/detail\/78359\/abb-robotics-advances-construction-industry-automation-to-enable-safer-and-sustainable-building\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hj\u00e4lpa<\/a> dem som designar och levererar den byggda milj\u00f6 som vi alla bor och lever i.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men n\u00e4r allt kommer omkring kan robotarna aldrig helt ers\u00e4tta m\u00e4nniskorna i byggprocessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi \u00e4r varelser som genomsyras av fantasi, k\u00e4nsla och kreativ str\u00e4van. Byggbranschen beh\u00f6ver h\u00f6ja sin produktivitet, men den beh\u00f6ver ocks\u00e5 \u2013 och kommer alltid att inneh\u00e5lla \u2013 fantasi, uppfinningsrikedom och konstn\u00e4rliga
