Men byggbranschen satsar allt mer p\u00e5 h\u00e5llbarhet p\u00e5 bred front, bland annat p\u00e5 grund av ny lagstiftning, kundernas val och st\u00f6rre kostnadseffektivitet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I denna str\u00e4van ing\u00e5r gr\u00f6na byggmaterial, och de f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5s d\u00e4rf\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndas mer i byggprojekt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vissa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20220407005584\/en\/Global-Green-Building-Materials-Market-2022-to-2027---Industry-Trends-Share-Size-Growth-Opportunity-and-Forecasts---ResearchAndMarkets.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">marknadsprognoser<\/a> st\u00f6der det h\u00e4r p\u00e5st\u00e5endet. V\u00e4rdet av den globala marknaden f\u00f6r gr\u00f6na byggmaterial f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas n\u00e4stan f\u00f6rdubblas mellan 2021 och 2027, fr\u00e5n 280,5 miljarder US-dollar (3,14 biljoner kronor) till 523,7 miljarder US-dollar (5,87 biljoner kronor). Det motsvarar en \u00e5rlig tillv\u00e4xt p\u00e5 mer \u00e4n 11&nbsp;%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bland f\u00f6rdelarna med att anv\u00e4nda vissa gr\u00f6na byggmaterial i klimatf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarnas tid kan n\u00e4mnas att de \u00e4r h\u00e5llbara och f\u00f6rnybara.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Troget tr\u00e4 och f\u00f6rdelaktig bambu<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u00e4 \u00e4r det mest uppenbara exemplet p\u00e5 ett s\u00e5dant material.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det r\u00e5der ingen tvekan om att tr\u00e4 \u00e4r popul\u00e4rt inom bostadsbyggande. Omkring 70&nbsp;% av v\u00e4rldens befolkning <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmtrada.com\/resources\/the-advantages-of-building-in-timber-frame\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bor i bost\u00e4der med tr\u00e4stomme<\/a>. I USA anv\u00e4nds tr\u00e4stommar i \u00f6ver 90&nbsp;% av l\u00e5ghusen, och i Storbritannien \u00e4r de s\u00e5 popul\u00e4ra att de ing\u00e5r i upp till 90&nbsp;% av de egenbyggda bost\u00e4derna. Teamet som byggde centret, som p\u00e5st\u00e5s vara <a href=\"https:\/\/rmjm.com\/10-examples-of-sustainable-architecture-around-the-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v\u00e4rldens gr\u00f6naste byggnad<\/a>, arbetade i tv\u00e5 \u00e5r med att hitta produkter som inte inneh\u00e5ll n\u00e5gra r\u00f6dlistade kemikalier, exempelvis kadmium, asbest, klorfluorkarboner eller halogenerade flamskyddsmedel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett annat exempel \u00e4r <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nleworks.com\/case\/makoko-floating-school\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">den flytande skolan Makoko<\/a> i Lagos, Nigeria.
