Ytterligare andra vill helst blanda distans- och kontorsarbete, n\u00e5got som kallas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/worklife\/article\/20220628-the-six-big-things-weve-learned-about-hybrid-work-so-far\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hybridarbete<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu n\u00e4r f\u00f6retagen f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00e5 sin personal att komma tillbaka till kontoret efter att pandemin har klingat av, har m\u00e5nga b\u00f6rjat unders\u00f6ka olika s\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra sina lokaler mer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/09\/11\/business\/return-to-office-distractions.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">effektiva<\/a> \u2013 och attraktiva \u2013 f\u00f6r v\u00e4rlden efter pandemin. Arkitekterna m\u00e5ste d\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka r\u00e4kna ut hur de ska designa det moderna kontoret s\u00e5 att det passar personalens nya vanor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c4r kontorslandskapets dagar r\u00e4knade?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En trend framtr\u00e4der tydligt: arbetstagarna gillar inte kontor med \u00f6ppen planl\u00f6sning. Kontorslandskapen blev popul\u00e4ra i slutet av 1990-talet och p\u00e5 2000-talet, n\u00e4r f\u00f6retagen satsade p\u00e5 att kl\u00e4mma in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/small-business-network\/2015\/oct\/15\/history-office-open-small-business-workplaces\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fler medarbetare p\u00e5 en mindre yta<\/a> f\u00f6r att s\u00e4nka lokalkostnaderna. Men under pandemin visade det sig att personalen trivs med tystnad och avskildhet, s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r de jobbar med uppgifter som kr\u00e4ver stor koncentration. De \u00f6ppna kontorslandskapen var helt enkelt f\u00f6r distraherande. Nu f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker arkitekterna f\u00f6rena tv\u00e5 skilda krav: att det moderna kontoret ska vara en plats d\u00e4r man kan arbeta i tystnad, samtidigt som det ocks\u00e5 l\u00e4mpar sig f\u00f6r samarbete \u00f6ga mot \u00f6ga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dyerbrown.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dyer Brown &amp; Associates<\/a>, med kontor i Boston and Atlanta, ber\u00e4ttar att de flesta av f\u00f6retagets kunder satsar p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon form av hybridarrangemang. Det har ett stort inflytande p\u00e5 designarbetet\u201d, s\u00e4ger Ashley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ashley ber\u00e4ttar att f\u00f6r att skapa och inf\u00f6ra en effektiv design och strategi f\u00f6r hybrida arbetsplatser b\u00f6rjar f\u00f6retaget med att kommunicera med kunden om vilka specifika aktiviteter och arbetsuppgifter som personalen kommer till kontoret f\u00f6r \u2013 vilket kan variera avsev\u00e4rt mellan olika f\u00f6retag \u2013 och designar sedan utifr\u00e5n dessa behov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dI allm\u00e4nhet f\u00e5r vi h\u00f6ra tv\u00e5 till synes mots\u00e4gelsefulla saker fr\u00e5n de anst\u00e4llda: (1) de vill ha en plats d\u00e4r de kan jobba effektivt, vilket ofta (men inte alltid) betyder att betoningen ligger p\u00e5 tystnad och avskildhet, och (2) de s\u00e4ger ocks\u00e5 att de vill tr\u00e4ffa och samarbeta med andra m\u00e4nniskor\u201d, s\u00e4ger hon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det sistn\u00e4mnda kan betyda v\u00e4ldigt olika saker f\u00f6r kontorsutformningen beroende p\u00e5 kultur och arbetsfl\u00f6de. P\u00e5 ett teknologif\u00f6retag, till exempel, vill de anst\u00e4llda enligt Ashley \u00e4gna sig \u00e5t fokuserat arbete n\u00e4r de \u00e4r p\u00e5 kontoret, samtidigt som de f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00e5 tid att umg\u00e5s med andra i teamet p\u00e5 lunchen eller efter jobbet. I m\u00e5nga branscher, menar Chad, \u00e4r den \u00f6ppna planl\u00f6sningen fortfarande \u00f6nskv\u00e4rd \u2013 \u00e4ven om s\u00e4ttet att anv\u00e4nda utrymmet p\u00e5 har blivit annorlunda i och med att pandemin f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade m\u00e5ngas arbetss\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4ven om <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dol.gov\/general\/topic\/workhours\/jobsharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arbetsdelning<\/a> och <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zavvy.io\/blog\/hybrid-work-schedule#:~:text=A%20hybrid%20work%20schedule%20is,set%20of%20pros%20and%20cons.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hybridscheman<\/a> har gjort tanken p\u00e5 gemensamma skrivbord och delade arbetsstationer mer attraktiv och praktisk, l\u00e4gger f\u00f6retagen allt st\u00f6rre vikt vid att erbjuda s\u00e4rskilda utrymmen p\u00e5 kontoren f\u00f6r koncentrerat arbete som kr\u00e4ver avskildhet. Det g\u00e4ller oavsett om f\u00f6retaget i fr\u00e5ga \u00e4r f\u00f6r eller emot \u00f6ppna planl\u00f6sningar.
