Precis som f\u00f6r \u00f6vriga artiklar kan du l\u00e4sa mer om de tekniska verktygen i mitt parallella blogginl\u00e4gg <a href=\"https:\/\/uchapter2.com\/land-development-bluebeam-tools-of-the-trade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Land Development Bluebeam Tools of the Trade (Bluebeam-verktyg f\u00f6r markutveckling)<\/a>. I det h\u00e4r fallet \u00e4r bakgrunden lite annorlunda, men jag tar mig an varje Bluebeam-implementering p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I b\u00f6rjan av f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret tog en person kontakt med mig f\u00f6r att f\u00f6lja upp en rekommendation. Han fr\u00e5gade om Bluebeam kan utf\u00f6ra ber\u00e4kningar f\u00f6r arbeten inom erosionskontroll. Jag visade honom snabbt hur de grundl\u00e4ggande verktygen enkelt kunde anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att m\u00e4ta det han beh\u00f6vde, och f\u00f6rklarade att anpassade verktyg kunde lyfta arbetet till en ny niv\u00e5. Det \u00e4r alltid mitt m\u00e5l att g\u00f6ra arbetsfl\u00f6det s\u00e5 enkelt som m\u00f6jligt. Jag s\u00e4ger till mina kunder att jag vill att praktikanten n\u00e4sta sommar ska f\u00e5 samma resultat som en erfaren kalkylator. V\u00e4l genomt\u00e4nkta, standardiserade verktyg och arbetsfl\u00f6den \u00e4r nyckeln till framg\u00e5ng. Det visade sig dock att han inte var p\u00e5 jakt efter verktyg eller f\u00f6rslag till arbetsfl\u00f6den \u2013 han s\u00f6kte en kalkyleringstj\u00e4nst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Min svaghet p\u00e5 jobbet \u00e4r att jag vill hj\u00e4lpa alla \u2013 s\u00e5 till den grad att jag till sist blir en del av deras team. Men den svagheten \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00e5s ocks\u00e5 en superkraft! Den g\u00f6r att jag f\u00e5r en riktigt bra f\u00f6rst\u00e5else av de olika problem, m\u00e5l, processer och utmaningar som varje f\u00f6retag hanterar varje dag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra en l\u00e5ng historia kort slutade det med att jag p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt lyckades bli kalkylator inom erosionskontroll. Jag byggde en handfull anpassade markeringsverktyg och levererade en m\u00e4ngdavtagning som var mer exakt \u00e4n de tabeller som de hade tagit fram med sina befintliga arbetsfl\u00f6den. Man skulle kunna s\u00e4ga att jag spelade rollen som praktikant och bevisade min po\u00e4ng. Det h\u00e4nder fortfarande att de ringer mig och ber att jag ska g\u00f6ra ber\u00e4kningar, och det \u00e4r kul som omv\u00e4xling. Jag har alltid engagerat mig i de h\u00e4r uppdragen eftersom det jag l\u00e4r mig varje g\u00e5ng g\u00f6r mig till en b\u00e4ttre utbildare. Jag har f\u00e5tt h\u00f6ra att jag f\u00f6rklarar saker p\u00e5 ett annat s\u00e4tt \u00e4n andra utbildare, och har djupare kunskaper om vad Bluebeam kan g\u00f6ra. Jag har tagit f\u00f6r vana att alltid svara \u201dja, och&#8230;\u201d n\u00e4r folk fr\u00e5gar om Bluebeam kan g\u00f6ra det ena eller andra. Jag accepterar aldrig att Bluebeam placeras i en l\u00e5da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 i det h\u00e4r fallet kan man s\u00e4ga att jag delar med mig av hur jag byggde en kalkyleringsavdelning som \u00f6verlevererade till en \u00e5terkommande kund. Genom de olika sektionerna och detaljerna fick jag l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna delar av en ritning som jag med min konstruktionsbakgrund aldrig tidigare hade tittat p\u00e5. D\u00e4rifr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjade jag skapa anpassade linjeformat som st\u00e4mde \u00f6verens med ritningarna, och valde olika f\u00e4rger f\u00f6r att skilja mellan material som liknar varandra. N\u00e4r jag skulle v\u00e4lja ett verktyg att anv\u00e4nda f\u00f6r varje material, blev jag tvungen att fundera p\u00e5 hur materialen k\u00f6ps in. \u00c4r de prissatta per tum, kvadratmeter, kubikmeter eller ton? Jag \u00e4r \u00e4ven intresserad av m\u00e4ngdf\u00f6rdelningen. Vilka enheter s\u00e4ljs materialen i? N\u00e5gra material s\u00e4ljs till exempel i rullar p\u00e5 46 kvadratmeter, s\u00e5 jag ville att Bluebeam skulle tala om f\u00f6r mig hur m\u00e5nga rullar som beh\u00f6vs. Vissa material s\u00e4ljs i kubikmeter eller ton, s\u00e5 jag beh\u00f6vde veta vilka formler jag skulle bygga in i de anpassade kolumnerna f\u00f6r att omvandla mina m\u00e5tt till de enheterna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5let \u00e4r att jag bara ska kunna slappna av, rita eller f\u00e4rga mellan linjerna p\u00e5 ritningen och f\u00e5 fram ett exakt arbetsomr\u00e5de och en m\u00e4ngdavtagning n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r klar. Och \u00e4ven att ta fram en f\u00e4rgkodad ritning som jag utvecklade i processen, som personalen p\u00e5 byggarbetsplatsen kan anv\u00e4nda och som g\u00f6r installationen l\u00e4tt att f\u00f6rst\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r mina verktyg var byggda och klara att anv\u00e4ndas tittade jag p\u00e5 hur projektet skulle konstrueras ute p\u00e5 byggarbetsplatsen. Ett visst projekt hade tre faser d\u00e4r ytterligare material installerades vid olika tidpunkter. Till det anv\u00e4nde jag <a href=\"https:\/\/uchapter2.com\/bluebeam-training-video\/top-5-tips-for-collecting-field-data-in-bluebeam-revu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Utrymmen<\/a>, som jag namngav s\u00e5 att de st\u00e4mde \u00f6verens med arbetsfaserna. D\u00e5 kunde jag f\u00e5 en exakt omfattning och kostnad f\u00f6r varje fas separat, s\u00e5 att priserna p\u00e5 material, utrustning och arbetskraft kunde h\u00e4mtas i realtid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4sta steg var att skapa en l\u00e4ttl\u00e4st <a href=\"https:\/\/support.bluebeam.com\/se\/articles\/introduction-to-legends-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">teckenf\u00f6rklaring<\/a> s\u00e5 att materialf\u00f6rdelningen kunde visas direkt p\u00e5 den utskrivna ritningen f\u00f6r personalen p\u00e5 byggarbetsplatsen. En teckenf\u00f6rklaring kan vara n\u00e5got s\u00e5 enkelt som en beskrivning av en symbol, eller s\u00e5 komplext som en fullst\u00e4ndig lista \u00f6ver metadata f\u00f6r varje material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En utmaning som anv\u00e4ndare st\u00f6ter p\u00e5 n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller v\u00e4g- och anl\u00e4ggningsritningar \u00e4r att projekten \u00e4r s\u00e5 stora. Byggarbetsplatsen \u00e4r ofta f\u00f6r stor f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 plats p\u00e5 ett enda ritningsblad. Med hj\u00e4lp av matchningslinjer delar designers vanligtvis upp en stor plan i mindre sektioner, och l\u00e4gger varje sektion p\u00e5 ett eget blad i st\u00f6rre skala. Det fungerar bra \u00e4nda tills man ska m\u00e4ta upp material som geotextil, som kan str\u00e4cka sig \u00f6ver flera blad med en och samma linje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r jag hamnar i den situationen \u2013 vilket h\u00e4nder ofta \u2013 skapar jag en ny PDF i Bluebeam med ett blad som \u00e4r st\u00f6rre \u00e4n vad jag tror mig beh\u00f6va, till exempel 80 x 80 tum. Med hj\u00e4lp av verktyget <a href=\"https:\/\/support.bluebeam.com\/se\/articles\/how-to-create-an-enlarged-drawing-with-the-snapshot-tool\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00d6gonblicksbild<\/a> tar jag sedan en \u00f6gonblicksbild av varje blad i st\u00f6rre skala och klistrar ihop dem igen i min stora, tomma PDF. Med hj\u00e4lp av konturlinjer och andra markegenskaper \u00e4r det enkelt att bygga upp hela platsen igen. N\u00e4r jag placerar ut varje \u00f6gonblicksbild ser jag till att l\u00e5sa den p\u00e5 plats i panelen Egenskaper, s\u00e5 att jag inte r\u00e5kar flytta p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon del s\u00e5 att den hamnar snett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5nga markutvecklingsprojekt b\u00f6rjar med att r\u00f6ja p\u00e5 platsen. Oavsett om det handlar om tr\u00e4d, buskar, plattor, byggnader, broar eller fundament \u00e4r det h\u00e4r arbetet f\u00f6rknippat med betydande kostnader. Ibland ska jord fraktas in, fraktas ut eller bara flyttas fr\u00e5n ett st\u00e4lle till ett annat p\u00e5 platsen. Vissa material \u00e4r farliga och kr\u00e4ver s\u00e4rskilda \u00e5tg\u00e4rder. N\u00e4r man bygger anpassade verktyg f\u00f6r den h\u00e4r typen av arbete kan man dela upp dem efter vilken utrustning som kr\u00e4vs. Att r\u00f6ja 10 centimeter ytmaterial kan betraktas som l\u00e4ttare utgr\u00e4vning, medan 30 centimeter kanske \u00e4r medeltungt eller tungt. I de flesta fall r\u00e4cker verktygen f\u00f6r <a href=\"https:\/\/support.bluebeam.com\/online-help\/revu2019\/Content\/RevuHelp\/Menus\/Tools\/Measure\/Volume--MTV.htm\">volymm\u00e5tt<\/a> till f\u00f6r att kvantifiera den h\u00e4r typen av arbete, men man kan beh\u00f6va t\u00e4nka kreativt n\u00e4r man ska m\u00e4ta konturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6rl\u00e4ggning under mark kan ocks\u00e5 ofta ing\u00e5 i det h\u00e4r arbetet. <a href=\"https:\/\/support.bluebeam.com\/online-help\/revu-mac-2\/Content\/RevuHelp\/Menus\/Tools\/Measure\/Polylength--MTV.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Linj\u00e4ra <\/a>m\u00e5tt p\u00e5 r\u00f6r, ledningar eller kablar kan vara enkla, men genom sm\u00e5 \u00e4ndringar av markeringsverktygen kan man samtidigt r\u00e4kna ut den genomsnittliga kostnaden f\u00f6r dikesgr\u00e4vning. Detsamma g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r betongvolymer f\u00f6r schakt, fundament eller kant- och r\u00e4nnsten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r bara n\u00e5gra av de viktigaste verktygen i Bluebeam som hj\u00e4lper markutvecklare \u2013 eller, som i mitt fall, Bluebeam-utbildare \u2013 att effektivt identifiera och m\u00e4ta m\u00e4ngder exakt. Var kreativ i din inst\u00e4llning till Bluebeam och g\u00f6r det aldrig sv\u00e5rare \u00e4n det beh\u00f6ver vara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"text-align:center\" class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-cta
