Entrepren\u00f6ren m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rst\u00e5 marknadens dynamik, och hur luckan kan fyllas med den produkt eller tj\u00e4nst som han eller hon har skapat. Man m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 uppn\u00e5 en tillr\u00e4ckligt h\u00f6g vinst f\u00f6r att klara att h\u00e5lla verksamheten ig\u00e5ng under en \u00f6versk\u00e5dlig framtid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man m\u00e5ste oundvikligen v\u00e4lja en aff\u00e4rsmodell och till\u00e4mpa en metod f\u00f6r att leverera produkten eller tj\u00e4nsterna enligt den.Det finns m\u00e5nga aff\u00e4rsmodeller att v\u00e4lja mellan beroende p\u00e5 vad f\u00f6retaget g\u00f6r och hoppas kunna uppn\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Olika erbjudanden, olika modeller<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/online.hbs.edu\/blog\/post\/types-of-business-models\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Harvard Business School<\/a> (HBS) beskriver ett antal potentiella aff\u00e4rsmodeller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst finns produktmodellen, d\u00e4r en viss vara tillverkas till en s\u00e5 l\u00e5g kostnad som m\u00f6jligt samtidigt som man bibeh\u00e5ller en rimlig kvalitetsniv\u00e5, och d\u00e4r \u201dm\u00e5let \u00e4r att maximera vinsten genom att s\u00e4lja s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga enheter som m\u00f6jligt till ett s\u00e5 h\u00f6gt pris som m\u00e4nniskor \u00e4r villiga att betala\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedan har man tj\u00e4nstemodellen, som inneb\u00e4r att man erbjuder n\u00e5gon annan hj\u00e4lp mot en avgift. \u201dF\u00f6r att tj\u00e4na pengar p\u00e5 en tj\u00e4nst erbjuder man f\u00e4rdigheter till andra som de sj\u00e4lva inte kan eller vill anv\u00e4nda. Enligt HBS \u00e4r nyckeln h\u00e4r att \u201dse till att de int\u00e4kter man f\u00e5r fr\u00e5n att leasa ut tillg\u00e5ngen innan den f\u00f6rlorar i v\u00e4rde \u00f6verstiger ink\u00f6pspriset.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning inneb\u00e4r att ett f\u00f6retag k\u00f6per tillg\u00e5ngar och s\u00e4ljer dem vidare till ett h\u00f6gre pris. HSB s\u00e4ger: \u201d\u00c5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning \u00e4r den process som de flesta st\u00f6rre detaljhandlare anv\u00e4nder, och d\u00e4r man anskaffar produkter som man sedan s\u00e4ljer vidare till k\u00f6pare. Exempel p\u00e5 det \u00e4r lantbrukare som levererar frukt och gr\u00f6nsaker till en livsmedelsbutik, och tillverkare som s\u00e4ljer varor till en j\u00e4rnaff\u00e4r.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agentur eller marknadsf\u00f6ring inneb\u00e4r att man skapar v\u00e4rde genom att marknadsf\u00f6ra en tillg\u00e5ng som agenten\/ombudet inte sj\u00e4lv \u00e4ger till en intresserad k\u00f6pare. Man tj\u00e4nar en avgift eller provision f\u00f6r att sammanf\u00f6ra k\u00f6pare och s\u00e4ljare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u00e4lja en aff\u00e4rsmodell i byggbranschen efter specialism<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vilka slags aff\u00e4rsmodeller \u00e4r d\u00e5 vanligast i byggbranschen? Variationer p\u00e5 HBS\u2019 aff\u00e4rsmodeller f\u00f6rekommer \u00f6ver hela branschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett f\u00f6retag kan v\u00e4lja att fungera som entrepren\u00f6r, och erbjuda byggtj\u00e4nster till en kund. F\u00f6retaget kan bygga projektet mot en avgift och anskaffa material och arbetskraft genom externa leverant\u00f6rer samt genom att anlita underentrepren\u00f6rer till att utf\u00f6ra olika uppgifter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6retaget kan v\u00e4lja att \u00e4gna sig \u00e5t totalentreprenad, d\u00e4r man tar hand om samtliga behov f\u00f6r att leverera en byggd tillg\u00e5ng som ett hus \u2013 fr\u00e5n inledande design till planering och sedan att bygga huset f\u00f6r kundens r\u00e4kning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det kan ocks\u00e5 tillhandah\u00e5lla en specialisttj\u00e4nst. Det kan handla om rivningsexpertis, tj\u00e4nster inom mekanik och elteknik, att arbeta med renovering eller montering eller att installera specialutrustning f\u00f6r exempelvis v\u00e4rme eller ventilation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternativt kan f\u00f6retaget vara materialleverant\u00f6r och fungera som mellanhand mellan tillverkaren av ett byggmaterial och byggf\u00f6retaget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>F\u00f6r- och nackdelar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Huruvida man lyckas med n\u00e5gon av dessa metoder beror p\u00e5 flera faktorer, inte minst det ekonomiska l\u00e4get i branschen vid varje given tidpunkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entrepren\u00f6rer m\u00e5ste l\u00e4gga anbud p\u00e5 arbete, och n\u00e4r det r\u00e5der stor konkurrens kan de tvingas l\u00e4mna in ett pris p\u00e5 ett byggjobb som inte ger n\u00e5gon betydande vinst eller som kanske knappt t\u00e4cker de egna kostnaderna. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ice.org.uk\/media\/ijdjahhz\/tier-1-contracting-models.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marginalerna<\/a> i byggbranschen \u00f6verstiger s\u00e4llan 2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingen entrepren\u00f6r \u00e4r f\u00f6r stor f\u00f6r att misslyckas \u2013 n\u00e5got som blev tydligt n\u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.building.co.uk\/news\/carillion-goes-bust\/5091507.article\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Carillion<\/a>, d\u00e5 Storbritanniens n\u00e4st st\u00f6rsta byggf\u00f6retag, gick under. F\u00f6retaget hade i uppdrag att leverera tv\u00e5 stora sjukhus och dussintals andra infrastrukturprojekt, och var till synes op\u00e5verkat av branschens toppar och dalar. Men Carillion tog sig an f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga kontrakt som skulle visa sig vara ol\u00f6nsamma och blev d\u00e4rmed skuldsatt till en grad som gjorde att f\u00f6retaget inte kunde \u00f6verleva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Underentrepren\u00f6rer och andra leverant\u00f6rer kan drabbas h\u00e5rt n\u00e4r en stor entrepren\u00f6r som de \u00e4r beroende av f\u00f6r arbete och ekonomisk \u00f6verlevnad g\u00e5r under. I Carillions fall fanns obetalda skulder till leverant\u00f6rerna p\u00e5 hela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lawyer-monthly.com\/2018\/01\/carillions-downfall-was-its-backward-supply-chain-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2 miljarder pund (drygt 27 miljarder kronor)<\/a>, och m\u00e5nga av dem gick i konkurs tillsammans med Carillion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Husbyggarnas m\u00f6jligheter att lyckas kan ocks\u00e5 variera. De som har gott om pengar och \u00e4ger en avsev\u00e4rd m\u00e4ngd mark klarar utmaningar som h\u00f6gre r\u00e4ntor och den minskade efterfr\u00e5gan som f\u00f6ljer, och kan \u00f6ka sin aktivitet igen n\u00e4r det ekonomiska l\u00e4get \u00e4r mer gynnsamt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mindre f\u00f6retag, som levererar bost\u00e4der med sn\u00e4vare marginaler och utan tillg\u00e5ng till en massa extrakapital, \u00e4r mer k\u00e4nsliga f\u00f6r ekonomins skiftande vindar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Diversifiering och behovet av f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Med tanke p\u00e5 de krafter som \u00e4r inblandade inser allt fler f\u00f6retag att man inte beh\u00f6ver l\u00e5sa sig vid en viss aff\u00e4rsmodell. Behovet av st\u00f6rre tydlighet kring leveranserna, tillsammans med anstr\u00e4ngningarna f\u00f6r att minimera avfallet och \u00f6ka effektiviteten, har f\u00e5tt m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag att \u00e4ndra sitt s\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra aff\u00e4rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vissa f\u00f6retag inser behovet av att diversifiera, medan andra anammar teknologi som BIM. Andra ser f\u00f6rdelarna med att anv\u00e4nda moderna byggmetoder d\u00e4r de kanske tidigare har anv\u00e4nt mer traditionella metoder, som i dagens ekonomiska klimat riskerar att leda till f\u00f6rseningar eller problem med den f\u00e4rdiga produkten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidigt m\u00e4rker man \u00f6ver hela byggbranschen en st\u00f6rre dragning mot en cirkul\u00e4r ekonomi, vilket f\u00e5r vissa f\u00f6retag att \u00e4ndra sin strategi. I en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S095965262103314X?via%3Dihub\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unders\u00f6kning av en grupp forskare<\/a> baserade i Kanada och USA unders\u00f6kte man arbetsmetoderna f\u00f6r 81 byggf\u00f6retag i hela v\u00e4rlden och identifierade m\u00f6jlighetsluckor och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringsomr\u00e5den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resurseffektivitet och gr\u00f6nare byggnader \u00e4r en del av byggbranschens svar p\u00e5 kraven p\u00e5 att minska verksamhetens inverkan p\u00e5 milj\u00f6n.
