{"id":82108,"date":"2025-09-26T17:10:45","date_gmt":"2025-09-26T15:10:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.bluebeam.com\/se\/?p=82108"},"modified":"2025-09-26T17:10:47","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T15:10:47","slug":"fehmarnbelt-immersed-tunnel-baltic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.bluebeam.com\/se\/fehmarnbelt-immersed-tunnel-baltic\/","title":{"rendered":"400 valar \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen: En inblick i det europeiska megaprojektet att bygga en tunnel under \u00d6stersj\u00f6n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Fehmarn B\u00e4lt-tunneln, som \u00e4r relativt ok\u00e4nd utanf\u00f6r Europa, h\u00e5ller i tysthet p\u00e5 att bli ett av de mest ambiti\u00f6sa anl\u00e4ggningsprojekten i v\u00e4rlden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den h\u00e4r <a href=\"https:\/\/femern.com\/the-tunnel\/fehmarnbelt-tunnel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">18 kilometer l\u00e5nga undervattensf\u00f6rbindelsen<\/a> mellan Tyskland och Danmark planeras att <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fehmarn_Belt_fixed_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00f6ppnas \u00e5r 2029<\/a>. Den kommer att minska tiden det tar att korsa sundet fr\u00e5n n\u00e4ra 60 minuter inklusive f\u00e4rja, till bara 7 minuter med t\u00e5g eller 10 minuter med bil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men den verkliga ber\u00e4ttelsen handlar inte om snabbhet. Den handlar om hur ingenj\u00f6rer i ett av Europas plattaste omr\u00e5den best\u00e4mde sig f\u00f6r att varken borra eller bygga broar, utan att ist\u00e4llet s\u00e4nka ner n\u00e4ra 80 stycken enorma tunnelelement, som vart och ett v\u00e4ger ungef\u00e4r lika mycket som <strong>365 bl\u00e5valar<\/strong>, direkt i havsbotten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r var inte det sj\u00e4lvklara valet, men det var det val som b\u00e4st balanserade risk, kostnad och milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan, enligt \u00f6ver ett decennium av gr\u00e4ns\u00f6verskridande f\u00f6rstudier och analyser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Att borra var riskabelt. S\u00e5 det gjorde de inte.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter omfattande studier hade planerna \u00e5r 2011 begr\u00e4nsats till tre alternativ: en borrad tunnel, en h\u00e4ngbro eller en neds\u00e4nkt konstruktion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dEn borrad tunnel hade blivit en mycket dyr och riskabel l\u00f6sning eftersom havsbotten inte l\u00e4mpar sig f\u00f6r borrning\u201d, s\u00e4ger Denise Juchem, talesperson f\u00f6r det danska stats\u00e4gda f\u00f6retaget Femern A\/S som \u00f6vervakar projektet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Med en bro hade man kanske kunnat spara pengar till en b\u00f6rjan, men vindarna \u00f6ver Fehmarn B\u00e4lt-sundet \u00e4r h\u00e5rda, och allt som \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt h\u00f6gt f\u00f6r att undvika att st\u00f6ra sj\u00f6farten skulle ha medf\u00f6rt ett enormt ekologiskt och visuellt intr\u00e5ng i landskapet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dN\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller ekonomi, milj\u00f6h\u00e4nsyn och risker var en neds\u00e4nkt tunnel d\u00e4rf\u00f6r den optimala l\u00f6sningen\u201d, s\u00e4ger Denise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fr\u00e5n monteringsband till havsbotten<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Byggstrategin l\u00e5ter som science fiction, men den sker i realtid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetslag gjuter <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Fehmarn_Belt_fixed_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">79 tunnelelement av betong<\/a> som vart och ett \u00e4r 217 meter l\u00e5ngt och v\u00e4ger 73 000 ton. Det h\u00e4r sker i en specialbyggd 500 hektar stor anl\u00e4ggning p\u00e5 den danska \u00f6n Lolland. Varje element best\u00e5r av nio betongsegment som gjuts efter varandra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dProduktionen sker enligt l\u00f6pandebandprincipen\u201d, s\u00e4ger Gerhard Cordes, projektledare p\u00e5 Femern A\/S. \u201dF\u00f6rst konstrueras ett cirka 24 meter l\u00e5ngt st\u00e5lramverk f\u00f6r varje segment. Sedan gjuts segmentet i betong, f\u00e5r st\u00e5 och h\u00e4rdas, och skjuts d\u00e4refter fram\u00e5t ett i taget s\u00e5 att n\u00e4sta segment kan gjutas.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r ett tunnelelement \u00e4r f\u00e4rdigt f\u00f6rseglas det med st\u00e5lskott, f\u00e5r flyta in i ett slussystem och styrs d\u00e4refter till sin slutliga position i schaktet, cirka 12 meter under havsbotten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trots sin vikt har elementen precis tillr\u00e4ckligt med flytkraft f\u00f6r att kunna man\u00f6vreras med hj\u00e4lp av specialdesignade pontoner och st\u00e5lvajrar. Ett GPS-aktiverat justeringssystem s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att de styrs med millimeternoggrannhet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dElementen s\u00e4nks ner med hj\u00e4lp av st\u00e5lvajrar och sammanfogas med redan installerade element genom positionering av neds\u00e4nkningspontonerna\u201d, s\u00e4ger Gerhard. \u201dEtt l\u00e5ssystem (stift och sp\u00e4rr) s\u00e4krar den exakta positionen i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende element och inriktningen s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lls av justerbara st\u00f6d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r fogen justerats t\u00e4tas den endast av vattentrycket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dVattentrycket fr\u00e5n elementets motsatta \u00e4nde komprimerar fogen\u201d, s\u00e4ger Gerhard. \u201dEtt gruslager l\u00e4ggs ut i tunnelschaktet f\u00f6re neds\u00e4nkningen och fungerar som ett adekvat underlag.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r inte svetsning. Det \u00e4r mer som sammankopplade stenar, f\u00f6rutom att varje bit v\u00e4ger mer \u00e4n ett fullt lastat hangarfartyg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inget utrymme f\u00f6r misstag<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En enda feljustering kan stoppa arbetet, f\u00f6rsena tidsplanerna och komplicera den precision som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att koppla in n\u00e4sta segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns inget enkelt s\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra om misstag. N\u00e4r elementen v\u00e4l har lagts ner kommer de inte upp igen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r k\u00f6r teamet detaljerade simuleringar i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g och \u00f6vervakar varje placering i realtid med hj\u00e4lp av undervattenskameror och sensorer. Varje segment inneb\u00e4r en ber\u00e4knad risk. Det \u00e4r ett test med h\u00f6ga insatser av samordning och f\u00f6rtroende f\u00f6r systemet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssiga avv\u00e4gningar \u2013 utan greenwashing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I och kring \u00d6stersj\u00f6n finns tumlare, h\u00e4ckande sj\u00f6f\u00e5glar och \u00f6mt\u00e5liga marina ekosystem. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iadc-dredging.com\/dfsi\/fehmarnbelt-tunnel-trench-dredging-project-a-multifaceted-sustainable-approach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Milj\u00f6granskningen<\/a> av projektet har varit intensiv \u2013 och ber\u00e4ttigad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Femern A\/S hade dock stor anv\u00e4ndning av tidigare erfarenheter fr\u00e5n fasta f\u00f6rbindelser n\u00e4r det g\u00e4llde att minska projektets milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan, bland annat \u00d6resunds- och Stora B\u00e4lt-projekten i Danmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dPlaneringen av Fehmarn B\u00e4lt-tunneln bygger p\u00e5 erfarenheterna fr\u00e5n de fasta f\u00f6rbindelserna \u00f6ver Stora B\u00e4lt och \u00d6resund. De har visat att negativ milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan kan undvikas genom noggrann planering och implementering av byggarbeten\u201d, s\u00e4ger Denise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det h\u00e4r inkluderar att flytta eller \u00e5terplantera p\u00e5verkade omr\u00e5den, minimera st\u00f6rningar p\u00e5 plats och \u00e5terst\u00e4lla naturliga livsmilj\u00f6er. P\u00e5 Lolland har Femern A\/S lovat att \u00e5terst\u00e4lla ett omr\u00e5de som \u00e4r minst dubbelt s\u00e5 stort som de omr\u00e5den som st\u00f6rs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4r det perfekt? Nej. Men det \u00e4r l\u00e5ngt ifr\u00e5n den strategi som var vanlig f\u00f6r megaprojekt f\u00f6r bara n\u00e5gra decennier sedan, som helt saknade \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att minska milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Projektet som \u00e4r s\u00e5 stort att man byggt en turistplattform<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Allm\u00e4nhetens intresse har varit ov\u00e4ntat stort. N\u00e4r Femern A\/S \u00f6ppnade en utsiktsplattform n\u00e4ra byggarbetsplatsen d\u00f6k \u00f6ver 10 000 personer upp under den f\u00f6rsta m\u00e5naden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingenj\u00f6rer har i praktiken blivit guider. Och ett projekt som en g\u00e5ng bara var k\u00e4nt bland planerare lockar nu bes\u00f6kare, fotografer och skolklasser \u2013 l\u00e5ngt innan klippningen av invigningsbandet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vad megaprojekt kan l\u00e4ra sig av Fehmarn B\u00e4lt-sundet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetet med att skapa en f\u00f6rbindelse mellan Danmark och Tyskland handlar om att bevisa att modul\u00e4rt byggande, realtidssimulering, milj\u00f6kompensation och internationell samordning inte beh\u00f6ver utesluta varandra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vill du ha en plan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modul\u00e4ra byggen. Digital modellering. Justering under vattnet i realtid. Planering som prioriterar \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r minskad milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan. Offentlig transparens.
